The Work and Travel Program is seasonal and timed to co-incide with America's main holiday seasons. To successfully find a position, your application must be received by our office at least four months before your expected travel date.

The earlier your application is received, the more positions you can choose from

• A non refundable application fee of $150 must accompany your complete application. 
• The balance of the placement fee of $750 is  due by the application deadline.
• The total cost is fully inclusive of:
  • Fully comprehensive medical and travel insurance.
  • Pre-departure orientation and training and post arrival orientation and support.
  • Pre departure job confirmation and letter of offer from the employer.
  • Legal J1 Visa preparation and support.
• Total program costs for 2006/2007 are US$900.00 inclusive of the application fee.

WE ALSO PROVIDE:

• WE PROVIDE A DS2019 VISA APPLICATION FORM . THIS ALLOWS YOU TO OBTAIN A J1 WORK/TRAVEL VISA, VALID FOR GENERAL WORK AND ALLOWS YOU TO ENTER THE USA AND WORK LEGALLY FOR UP TO FOUR FULL MONTHS
• THROUGH OUR PARTNER ASPECT WE ASSIST YOU WITH FINDING BUDGET ACCOMMODATION
• WE WILL HELP WITH REDUCED FLIGHT PRICES. FLIGHTS ARE NOT FREE BUT WE ARRANGE GREAT DEALS TO THE USA. YOU WILL JOIN ONE OF OUR GROUP FLIGHTS AND TRAVEL WITH OTHER PARTICIPANTS.
